Engineered for Subzero Riding
Most electric bike batteries lose power or refuse to charge when temperatures drop below freezing. The ECOLTO-T4820 solves this problem with lithium titanate chemistry. It charges and discharges at -40°C without any external heating. Developed for the extreme cold of northwest China, this battery keeps your e bike running through winter months when standard LiFePO4 packs fail.

Power Delivery
Continuous discharge current 20A is enough for flat terrain and moderate hills. Pulse discharge reaches 60A for up to 10 seconds to climb steep slopes or accelerate quickly. The BMS cuts off discharge at 30V and reconnects at 40V. Short circuit protection triggers in 200 to 500 microseconds.
Charging Made Simple
Use CC CV method with voltage between 55V and 57V. Recommended float voltage is 55V. Standard charging at 10A fills the battery in about 2 hours. Maximum charging current is 20A which reduces charge time to roughly 1 hour. BMS stops charging at 57V. Unlike other lithium batteries, LTO accepts high current even at -40°C.
